What is MagicMon?
MagicMon helps you navigate the complex process of manufacturing to bring your ideas to life. Our team of manufacturing Wizards provides bespoke service to each individual customer based on their unique requirements.
How does it work?
Sign up and discuss your ideas with our Wizards via our unique project platform. Once our Wizard gets a clear understanding of your requirements, we will get to work with our trusted partners while you simply make payment and wait for the magic to arrive.
What can I create?
We work with a range of materials including plastic, wood, metal, glass, porcelain and more! Using rapid prototyping method, conventional manufacturing and small batch hand made processes, we can make them all! If you can dream it, we can make it!
Do I need to be a designer or engineer?
Anyone can create with MagicMon! Simply talk to our manufacturing Wizards about your idea and we can help you take the necessary steps to make the magic happen.
How do I pay for my order?
Upon the confirmation from your personal MagicMon Wizard, you will be prompt to make an initial payment (50% deposit) of your order, and the remaining to be paid before your order ships.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum quantity, you can make just 1 piece for yourself, 20 pieces if you want to share with friends, 200 pieces to start a business or even a million pieces to attain global outreach.
How do you ensure quality control?
We have specialist teams in the countries we manufacture in, overseeing all our projects, making sure they are of quality. Yes that means we will physically on location, observing your bespoke order being made!
What do I do after placing my order?
Simple! Just wait for the item to arrive and unbox it with glee!
When can I expect to receive my order?
Each project is unique and depending on the complexity, our Wizards will submit a project timeline for your consideration.
What happens if the item is defective?
In scenarios in which an item is damaged during transit, we will replace the defective item.
